As paradoxical as it may seem, the truth is that an animal pictured on a couch doesn’t need shares any less than one out on the street. Because the moment one leaves that couch, another will take its place.
Unfortunately, we tend to become complacent when animals find foster homes, thinking they’re now safe. But while we sleep peacefully seeing them indoors, other souls remain out on the streets, exposed to danger, waiting for their turn to experience even a temporary home. Many wait forever, and sadly, in vain.
Awareness shouldn’t stop once a foster home is found, because everything is part of a chain. Fostered animals are still waiting to be adopted, so others can take their place. The effort doesn’t end with temporary shelter and in truth, the hardest fight isn’t the one we fight, but the one animals on the streets face every single day.
Foster homes are few, and volunteers push beyond their limits daily.
Help in any way you can: foster, adopt, share.
These beings only have us, relying on our kindness, hoping for a better life.

As long as one stays in a foster home, another remains on the street…
In the photo is our Tom. He would have never become who he is today if a home hadn’t opened its doors for him. Sadly, most animals never get a “before and after,” because they remain stuck in the “before” forever, simply because they’re never given the chance.
Shares save lives!
Sometimes, more than one.
