We were alerted about a puppy in a semi-comatose state, on the verge of losing her life. Luck may have been on her side, but in truth, it was her strength that carried her through and won her the fight for survival. Without hesitation, we named her Romi.
Romi means strength.
A powerful concept that lends strength to everything it defines.
Today, Romi has found her home. But her story was only the beginning.
In 2022, we decided to establish this group and name it Romi, in honor of our first victorious battle, and symbolically in tribute to all beings who persevere and never lose their strength, no matter what hardships they have endured.
Our goal is to find homes for as many animals as possible, while also carrying out spay/neuter procedures, rescues, trapping, and extrications.
We are fighting for the voiceless and the overlooked animals that have been wronged, or whose voices go unheard. It is one of the most difficult battles we face.
Our work relies entirely on the support of people who care.
